This weekend I attended the Jay-Z and Kanye West concert tour for Watch the Throne. AMAZING!
Hip-hop and rap has definitely housed some serious fashion icons since it was born. Including HOVA and Yeezy who I've been really inspired by over the past couple of years.
This album and tour itself is pretty cool - Luxurious animal kingdom, gold clashing with some angry dogs, cheetahs and hawks. I loved it! The album art well let's just say that shit cray.
I loved what they both wore at the concert, mostly Kanye. It was really unexpected to see him in a leather kilt, leather leggings, an oversize Tee with his fierce face on it. Jay-Z was his classic self but his chains were extra polished that night. They get extra cheers from me when they rap about Louis Vuitton and shopping sprees in the couture department. I ended the night with a half animal half Jay-Z t-shirt, I absolutely love it.
